Deliberate Developments
Summerfair Cincinnati and Price Hill WILL!, with support from the Fine Arts Fund, have partnered with Price Hill's high schools to explore the concept of community through photography.
Price Hill resident and photographer Brad Austin Smith will work with students from Price Hill high schools to document their community through photographs. An exhibition of works by Mr. Smith and the students was held at the Covedale Theater, May 21 - 29, 2006.
