Summerfair’s Boards ensure that the organization is constantly in touch with the needs and interests of the communities it serves. The Executive Board consists of members that are appointed, with the exception of one elected Trustee. Other then the elected Trustee, members of this Board don't have to be Summerfair members. The Executive Board will focus on strategic planning and Summerfair governance.
The Operations Committee consists of elected candidates from the Summerfair membership. This committee will focus on delivering the annual plans, including the Fair.
